Does PANTO cost anything?
During beta, PANTO is free for private users. The collector keeps the full refund value. Optional premium tools for frequent collectors may be offered separately in the future.

Can anyone see my address?
No. Your exact address is shown only to the person who accepted the pickup.
Do I have to meet the collector?
No. You can choose a safe spot and leave private instructions.
What is Panto Run?
A feature that helps collectors combine several nearby pickups.
Is PANTO available across Sweden?
PANTO is rolling out gradually and is being tested in selected areas first.
How do I become a collector?
Create an account, open the map and choose an available pickup.
Can I collect as many returns as I like?
PANTO is designed so many people can take part. Limits may apply to active and daily pickups. Premium tools may offer more flexibility, but PANTO is not intended as an unlimited full-time earning platform.
What is the difference between PANTO Free and PANTO Pro?
PANTO Free gives you the core marketplace: nearby returns, the map and the standard collection flow. PANTO Pro is coming later as an optional add-on with smarter tools for frequent collectors – such as Panto Run, smarter routes, filters and stats. Pro does not change the free marketplace.
